    1. Lead the formulation of overseas sales strategies based on the company's long-term development goals and market strategies, and be responsible for implementing the overseas sales strategies after final review and approval;

    2. Organize the formulation of the company's sales plans and sales budgets, develop corresponding plans and budgets, and break them down, implement, and monitor them;

    3. Lead the establishment and improvement of the company's marketing management mechanism and system, and guide and supervise the daily management work of overseas companies;

    4. Develop the company's cost budget/expense plan, ensuring the achievement of the company's marketing tasks while controlling overall sales expenses;

    5.  Lead the company to conduct overseas market research and analysis, grasp information such as channel trends and product dynamics, and formulate more accurate and effective market strategies;

    1. Over 10 years of international marketing experience, with at least 5 years of experience in managing overseas sales teams; candidates with experience in overseas development and market management in the same industry, electronics, communications, or related industries are preferred;

    2.  Proficient in international trade business knowledge, with a grasp of marketing-related knowledge, and possessing knowledge in financial management, law, quality management, production management, and other related fields;

    3. Strong overseas market expansion and management capabilities, as well as strong business negotiation skills;

    4. Possess a strong sense of responsibility, keen observation skills, good team spirit, and be well-behaved.

    3. Possess strategic thinking and be able to formulate dynamic competitive strategies in consideration of regional characteristics;

    4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of efficiently integrating internal and external resources.
