Promote Smart City Efficiency
Background
DJARUM is the third biggest tobacco producer in Indonesia and widely exports to foreign countries, such as Malaysia and Singapore. From raw tobacco to finished cigarettes, there are many processes and it is a great challenge to link them all the make them traceable.
Challenges
1.The tobacco of poor quality sometimes is mixed with that of good quality, which eventually damages the interest of the enterprise.
2.It is hard to trace each finished cigarette due to the lack of circulation and production information.
Solution
1.In the tobacco leaf purchase link, the (New)AUTOID Pad is used for data binding and data capture management of tobacco farmers and tobacco leaves, effectively avoiding the phenomenon of adulteration in tobacco leaves, improving the purity of tobacco leaves, and ensuring accurate and reliable data.
2.All the key information is recorded so that every pack of cigarette can be traced from raw tobacco to cigarette selling.
